What you do\n\n
Help design, test and roll out a new Market Intelligence system: organising market data, shaping dashboards, improving prototypes and supporting pilots with selected countries
Work with tools like MS Power BI, Excel and MS Lists to build reports, data-entry templates and query-able views that become the \"single source of truth\" for RSA market information
Support the practical setup in our Microsoft environment (folder structures, permissions, basic training materials) so teams can actually use the system in their daily work
Contribute to market and customer research: gathering local feedback, mapping pain points, and summarising insights that feed into product and innovation roadmaps
Assist in coordinating regional and local activities (e.g. satisfaction or digitalisation initiatives) and tracking action plans against agreed objectives
Support sales enablement by helping prepare value propositions, slides and short analyses that bring market intelligence into tenders and client conversations
Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use

You are currently enrolled in a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Business Analytics or a similar field, and can commit to a 6-month full-time internship in Saint-Ouen
You are comfortable working with data in Excel (formulas, cleaning, structuring) and have at least basic experience or strong interest in learning Power BI (including Query Editor and DAX); you enjoy making data understandable for others
You think analytically and pay attention to detail: you can spot inconsistencies in data, ask clarifying questions, and document your work so it can be reused
