Intern Infrastructure Private Debt – Investment Team

Responsibilities

• Participate in the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions
• Perform due diligence and credit analysis
• Analyze and work with complex project finance financial models
• Conduct internal credit rating analysis
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda for submission to the Investment Committee
• Support closing processes, including KYC checks and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Assist in monitoring closed transactions
• Help prepare internal and external marketing materials

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final-year student at a top-tier university, business school or engineering school, pursuing a degree in Finance, Project Management, Information Management or a related field
• Prior experience in investment banking, project finance, DCM or infrastructure financing/investment is a plus
• Strong corporate finance fundamentals, including cash-flow analysis
• Experience in financial modelling
• Excellent written and verbal command of English and French; fluency in another European language is a plus
• Strong analytical approach
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Intellectual curiosity and a determination to learn
• Unquestionable commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of a programming language is an advantage (e.g., VBA, SQL)
