As an intern in the Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility field, you will support our team on a variety of national and international projects and gain exciting insights into modern HR practices and sustainable business development.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting employee and career development initiatives
- Contributing to the organization and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives
- Daily management of our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Supporting international HR projects and group-wide initiatives
- Supporting the planning, organization, and delivery of CSR and sustainability events
- Contributing to health management and wellbeing activities
- Contributing to projects on sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement
Your Profile
- Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or a related field
- Interest in Human Resources, Talent Development, and Sustainability
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Fluent in German or French
- Strong organizational and communication skills and an independent way of working
