Position Summary

At Spencer Stuart, we are trusted by organizations worldwide to help them make senior-level leadership decisions. The Analyst Intern role in Paris will provide exposure to executive search across industries such as healthcare, TMT, industry, energy, insurance, financial services, private equity, consumer goods, and hospitality & leisure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client pitches and analyze markets and organizational structures.
• Propose candidate lists using internal databases.
• Coordinate research and conduct analysis on complex projects.
• Identify creative solutions for active search assignments.
• Collaborate with international offices on cross-border initiatives.
• Support project team leads with research and analytical input on both individual and group assignments.

Ideal Experience

• Currently in the first or second part of a gap year or at the end of your studies.
• Interest in business, leadership, or human capital.
• Advanced research and analysis skills through coursework or previous work experience.
• Strong project and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter who is naturally curious, team-oriented and tenacious.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• International experience is valued.
• French and English speaking and writing skills required.
