Interior Manager

Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking an Interior Manager for a 100m+ Charter yacht.

We are seeking a well‑rounded, switched on and confident Interior Manager to join a prestigious 100m+ yacht.

Requirements

• All relevant certificates up to date and in hand
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on 100m+ vessels, ideally across both private and charter operations
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing large interior teams
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Excellent organisational, communication, and budgeting abilities
• Confident, approachable, and composed under pressure
• Passion for building a positive, healthy, and supportive crew culture
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment

Start date: ASAP

Location: France

Salary: EUR 8000 (DOE)

Rotation: 6:6

Vessel Program and itinerary: Dual season charter
