What we are looking for
Our client, an international group in the food industry is currently structuring its digital function, is seeking an experienced Interim Manager to create and lead its new digital transformation department .
Scope of the assignment
- Build and manage the digital transformation team : Constitute and develop the dedicated team, including Business Process Owners, Power BI expertise, and resources responsible for the AI initiative.
- Process standardization & data governance : Define and roll out a structured approach to cross-functional process standardization, and establish a company-wide data governance framework.
- Structure and consolidate ongoing initiatives : Identify, consolidate and package the digital initiatives already underway, ensuring coherence and visibility within a unified roadmap.
- Process digitalization roadmap : Design and drive the formalization, rationalization and digitalization plan for the company\'s core processes: O2C, P2P, Supply Chain, S&OP and Operations.
- Head the Power BI center of excellence : Oversee and develop the Power BI CoE, ensuring quality of analytical deliverables and upskilling of business and IT teams.
- Head of AI initiatives : Identify and activate the most relevant AI levers for the business, building on priority use cases defined with business line stakeholders.
Candidate profile
- 15+ years of experience, including significant digital transformation leadership
- Strong command of O2C, P2P, Supply Chain and S&OP processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management
- Hands-on culture in Power BI and applied AI
- Interim manager mindset: autonomous, fast ramp-up, results-oriented
Work Location and Employment Type
- Location: This role located is in the North of France, next to Lille. Possibility to be located in Paris (as an alternative).
- Occupation: This engagement will be at 5d/week, mainly onsite next to Lille (3 to 5 days per week), with some remote work depending on the engagements’ needs.
- Duration of the engagement : 6 months
- Employment Type : Contract with potential for permanent hire by the client or Penon Partners.
- Languages : French and English
- Penon Partners requires its consultants to have authorization to work lawfully in France and travel all around Europe and the United States without requiring Penon Partners to sponsor applicants for any sort of employment-based work visa.
