Interim Legal Counsel

Interim Legal Counsel (France) to support high-value global outsourcing and facilities management contracts.

We’re looking for a commercially minded lawyer qualified in France with strong experience in commercial contracts, outsourcing, projects and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Key areas include:

• Negotiating and supporting complex MSAs & Local Country Agreements
• Advising on commercial, operational and legal risk
• Working closely with global legal, ops and commercial teams
• Supporting fast-paced, multinational transactions

Requirements:

• France-qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE
• Strong commercial/contracts background
• Knowledge of GDPR and French transfer of undertakings rules (Article L.1224-1)

Hybrid/remote role with occasional travel and Paris office attendance.
