Interim Head of Customer Support - Paris

Camino Search is currently partnering with a private equity backed software business hiring for an interim Head of Customer Support.

This individual will drive professionalisation and build proper scalability for the customer support function to move from a cost base to an engine for customer engagement and retention.

We are looking for a highly commercial customer support leader who can drive best practice and technology enablement to create a digital-first channel.

This will be an initial 6-month contract, must be based in Paris, and paying highly competitive rates.

Required Experience:

• Experience leading customer support in a scaling business.
• Proven track record building and transforming a customer support function, not only managing.
• Ability to lead digital transformation and AI enablement.
• Highly commercial focus, prioritising cost-to-serve and customer value, not just ticket counts.
• Background in software or IT services, and private equity backed environments.
• Strong stakeholder management to collaborate with multiple functions and senior stakeholders in the wider executive team.
