Interim FP&A Manager

We're supporting a high-growth SaaS business on the search for an Interim FP&A Manager for an initial 9–12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, upskilling processes and people, and bringing improvements to data and reporting across a complex, multi-product software business.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the FP&A function for the business
• Build and own financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Improve and upgrade KPI reporting
• Roll out and embed the annual budgeting process
• Drive process improvement and upskilling across the function
• Champion clean, reliable data and reporting standards
• Lead and develop a team of 3 (analysts and a manager)
• Partner with senior finance leadership on planning, performance, and corporate development during a period of growth and increasing M&A activity

Profile

• Proven track record as an FP&A Director / Head of FP&A (c.5–10 years in FP&A leadership)
• Strong financial modelling experience — built forecasting and budgeting models from the ground up
• SaaS experience essential; experience of complex software businesses (multiple products, revenue streams, and pricing models) strongly preferred
• Demonstrable experience improving processes, reporting, and team capability
• Experience rolling out and implementing a budget
• ERP experience, ideally NetSuite
• Exposure to integration or M&A advantageous
• Fluent English required; French advantageous
