Interim Chief Transformation Officer

Finatal are working with a mid-market investor who have just acquired a healthcare services buy and build operating across France and broader Europe. Following extended periods of growth and ownership change, they require an interim Chief Transformation officer to drive a restructuring of the back office functions (Finance, Operations, IT, HR) to identify synergies and create a new TOM through which the business will operate. The goal is to remove cost from the business and given the financial nature of the assignment, coming from a finance background will be useful. You’ll be based in France with regular travel required.

Ideally you’ll have a track record in:

• Healthcare services or adjacent multi-site services
• Driving integration and synergies
• Back office / support function restructuring
• Leading cross-functional project design and execution
