Interim CFO/Finance Transformation Manager

Based: Paris, France (4 days on‑site)

This is a high-impact role within a circa €400m turnover, multi‑country organisation operating across a diverse, multi‑site footprint. The business has grown significantly through acquisition and is now focused on harmonising and elevating its financial reporting capabilities.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a group‑wide transformation programme, with a core focus on:

• Leading the integration of group‑level financial reporting into a unified group reporting framework
• Improving the speed, accuracy, and quality of financial reporting across the organisation
• Driving standardisation of processes, controls, and systems across multiple geographies
• Partnering with regional finance teams to ensure adoption and consistency

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Interim Finance Transformation Manager (or equivalent)
• Extensive background working with at least 2 private equity–backed businesses
• Experience in multi‑site, acquisitive organisations of a similar scale (€200m–€800m turnover)
• Demonstrated success in finance integration and reporting transformation projects
• Strong systems exposure, ideally including Sage
• Fluent in French and English
• Immediately available or available at short notice
