Context: To manage the complete lifecycle of collaborative digital spaces (Teams Rooms, interactive screens, BYOD solutions): from their deployment to their operation, up to their decommissioning, while guaranteeing an optimal user experience.

• Analyze the needs of business teams and propose suitable solutions Participate in the drafting of project documents (statements of requirements, specifications, calls for tenders) Draft the real estate prerequisites and transmit them to the relevant teams Coordinate audiovisual integrators and internal technical teams Install, configure, and validate equipment (Teams Rooms, interactive screens, BYOD) Perform tests, acceptance testing, and production deployments 2. Operational Maintenance (MCO) Ensure the administration and supervision of Teams Rooms Manage updates (firmware, Cumulative Updates, WSUS) Handle incidents and support requests (Level 2/Level 3) Monitor availability, quality of service, and produce associated KPIs Maintain technical documentation and inventory of equipment Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital spaces 3. Evolution & Innovation Test New equipment and features Propose improvements to optimize the user experience Participate in audiovisual equipment upgrade projects Contribute to RFI/AO processes 4. Withdrawal & renewal Plan and execute the withdrawal of end-of-life equipment Reset, disconnect, and deregister equipment and associated services Update inventory and prepare spaces for re-equipping

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Knowledge of audiovisual equipment: interactive displays, BYOD solutions, VC peripherals Management of updates (WSUS, firmware) Diagnosis and resolution of audiovisual incidents Understanding of network prerequisites related to collaborative solutions

• Ability to manage a complete equipment lifecycle Drafting project documents (Business Requirements, Specifications, Requests for Proposals) Technical project monitoring and reporting

• Occasional travel depending on the projects
