Integration Manager - Data Centre - Paris

A rapidly growing PMC is actively seeking to recruit an Integration Manager for a large scale data centre project in Paris, working on behalf of a globally recognised developer.

The Integration Manager is responsible for coordinating the successful integration of all technical disciplines throughout the design, construction, testing and commissioning phases of data centre projects. Acting as the interface between consultants, contractors, clients and project teams, the role ensures that systems are fully coordinated, integrated and delivered in accordance with project requirements, programme and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration of all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, controls, ICT, security and specialist systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews to identify and resolve interface issues.
• Ensure system integration requirements are incorporated throughout design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Work closely with project managers, design teams, contractors and client representatives to maintain alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Review technical documentation, drawings and specifications for coordination and compliance.
• Support commissioning planning, integrated systems testing (IST) and handover activities.
• Identify technical risks, interface conflicts and programme impacts, implementing mitigation measures where required.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on integration status, risks and key milestones.
• Promote best practice, quality assurance and continuous improvement across project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls, commissioning and systems integration.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
