Integration Engineer

Join Us as an Integration Engineer!

We’re looking for an Integration Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and improving IT systems in a highly regulated and fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Integrate and maintain business‑critical IT systems and applications
• Support deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
• Troubleshoot technical issues across Windows environments
• Collaborate with Global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Ensure systems remain stable, secure, and operational
• Contribute to continuous improvement and IT best practices
• Associate degree (DUT/BTS) in IT or equivalent with 5–8 years of experience.
• Engineering degree with 2–3 years of experience
• Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft tools
• Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, printers)
• Experience with system/application installation and support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical users
• Professional English & French required
