Open Positions & Responsibilities

① AI Engineer

You will be responsible for designing and developing next-generation AI platforms leveraging Generative AI and RAG technologies. In business-oriented AI applications such as internal knowledge search, AI chatbots, and document intelligence, you will utilize the latest AI technologies including vector databases (Qdrant / Weaviate) and LLMs (Llama / Mistral / Qwen) to build and optimize high-performance, scalable AI infrastructures.

② Infrastructure Engineer

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of cloud and on-premise environments supporting the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. To provide a stable and seamless environment for engineers and designers, you will drive infrastructure optimization through system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance, capacity, and scalability analysis.

③ Software Engineer

You will be responsible for developing software solutions such as web applications, APIs, and internal tools integrated with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Working in an Agile environment, you will leverage modern technologies including Node-RED, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and MongoDB to drive scalable system architecture, code reviews, high-quality implementation, and application optimization for performance and security.

Required Skills

• Japanese language proficiency is required.
• Candidates should have programming skills in Python, Node-RED, Java, JavaScript, C++, or similar languages, along with a foundational understanding of data structures, web development, and algorithms. Strong interest in AI/ML is expected, and experience with NLP, LLM fine-tuning, or RAG pipeline development will be considered a strong plus.
• Candidates should also have experience in IT infrastructure sizing, performance tuning, scalable platform architecture, troubleshooting, and system administration. Experience with AWS/Azure environments and cloud infrastructure optimization will be highly valued.
