Insurance Sales Specialist
Overview
You grow your portfolio by actively prospecting from an existing base of identified clients.
You support clients in their loan insurance projects. Your objective: help them save money and/or obtain a higher level of coverage.
Your role is to make the process as simple as possible by removing all administrative burden: Pretto handles 100% of the transfer from insurer A to insurer B.
You identify referral opportunities among your clients.
You contribute to the development of the insurance team by helping continuously improve our processes and our tools & tech.
Responsibilities
- Grow your portfolio by actively prospecting from an existing base of identified clients.
- Support clients in their loan insurance projects with the objective to save money and/or obtain higher coverage.
- Simplify processes by removing administrative burden; Pretto handles 100% of transfers between insurers.
- Identify referral opportunities among clients.
- Contribute to the development of the insurance team by helping continuously improve processes and tools & tech.
Requirements
- At least one initial commercial/sales experience (including internships or work-study placements).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease on the phone.
- Ability to be pedagogical: you simplify and explain opaque administrative processes to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn quickly from diverse profiles (web, software engineers, credit specialists, etc.).
- A flair for organization and rigor: two essential qualities to succeed in this role!
