Context: The Compensation Studies and Projects team is the main IT contact for the Compensation Department.

TASKS: – Drafting/Contributing to user stories and/or functional specifications for the VISION project – Analyzing the needs expressed by management – Participating in clarifying possible functional choices and analyzing the IT impacts, whether in the feasibility study phases or during ongoing maintenance – Contributing to the drafting of the test strategy and test plan – Communicating throughout the project with all stakeholders, both business and IT – Reporting to the team leader and project manager on progress and any difficulties/alerts. These tasks will be carried out on projects conducted using both Agile and V-model methodologies.

Desired profile: – Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role – Knowledge of property and casualty insurance and ideally property and casualty claims management – Ability to delve into even the most detailed topics – Experience with Agile projects**Work location:** Europe
