Alan Insurance Graduate Program
The Alan Insurance Graduate Program is a unique opportunity to enter the core of Alan Insurance’s business without being silo‑ed on a precise role. The Insurance team innovates on our health and disability insurance products across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. Through the Program, you will develop a blend of technical, business, entrepreneurial and product skills.
After a 2‑month onboarding, you may be involved in multiple missions in different streams of the Insurance team:
- Enterprise and Public Sector stream: Structure the best offers for our largest clients, handle RFPs with the Sales team, and contribute to visible business growth.
- Insurance product stream: Dive into the lifecycle of a contract—pricing, product implementation, renewal—working with Engineering, Data and Marketing teams to ensure a delightful customer experience.
- Analytics and repricing stream: Build metrics, tools and dynamic models to monitor the portfolio, forecast margin and price, supporting strategic decision making with Data, Strategy and Finance teams.
- Reinsurance and risk stream: Own the capital requirement model, risk governance, relationships with the supervising authority (ACPR) and reinsurance coverage.
Program details:
- Duration: 18 months (2‑month onboarding plus additional programme period).
- Location: Must be legally eligible to work from France. Remote work flexibility is offered; in‑person collaboration is valued.
- Language: French and English (working languages).
