Insurance Consultant, Accounting & Multi‑Framework Reporting

• Work with the Finance Departments of our major insurance clients.
• Work on transformation, compliance, organizational and/or process improvement projects.
• Lead large transformation projects related to changes in accounting standards, regulations and prudential requirements.
• Support clients in optimizing and improving closing and reporting processes.
• Review internal control and risk management frameworks.
• Contribute to the development of more junior team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience gained in a large company or consulting firm.
• Excellent knowledge of the insurance sector, its business lines and key processes (risk, finance, compliance, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of national, European and international standards and regulations with significant impact (IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Solvency II, ENS, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality plan, team leadership and facilitation).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized and with proven team management abilities.
• Autonomy, commitment, efficiency and a strong client service orientation.
• Proficiency in English.
