Insurance Compliance Leader — Regulatory & Risk

Alan is hiring an Insurance Compliance Counsel to translate regulatory obligations (IDD, duty of advice, product governance, AML/CFT) into operational processes, product design, and tooling across our platform.

You will own the compliance posture, proactively manage exposure, and coordinate with regulators, audits, and cross‑functional teams (Insurance, Product, Sales, Care) to keep Alan audit‑ready and aligned with ACPR and local rules.
