Insurance Compliance Lead — Regulatory Risk & Audits

Alan is seeking an Insurance Compliance Counsel to translate regulatory obligations (IDD, duty of advice, product governance, AML/CFT) into Alan’s processes, tooling, and products. You will own the compliance posture, manage exposure, and serve as the primary interface with regulators across France, Belgium and Spain.

You will define and improve controls, lead audits, and collaborate with Insurance, Product, Sales, Care and Operations to ensure a compliant, customer‑focused experience.
