Insurance Advisor

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of remote insurance sales: outbound/inbound calls, emails, and web referrals
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to offer, advise on, and sell personal insurance products and services
• Receive and handle insurance-related inquiries from clients and prospects across multiple channels (multichannel)
• Ensure client data is updated and enriched in accordance with procedures.

Requirements

• Hold a post-secondary diploma (equivalent to Bac+2)
• Passionate about customer relationships
• Comfortable on the phone
• Energetic
• Enjoys working in a team
• Strong interest in the insurance sector.
