Job description
We are looking for a motivated and competent Instructor and Site Manager to join our team at the VRC France (Vertical Rescue College of SKYLOTEC France). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical training in working at heights in a wind turbine environment, supervising external freelance instructors, managing facilities and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
Main responsibilities- Theoretical & practical training : Welcoming participants and providing technical training, particularly in working at heights in a wind turbine environment (GWO, use of an electric winch, evacuation systems, PPE competent person, etc.)
- Safety: Supervising participants during practical exercises, ensuring that they scrupulously comply with safety instructions and operational procedures
- Maintenance and PPE inspection : Monitoring, inspection/checking of PPE. Managing the training site's equipment and facilities
- Site management : Ensuring the smooth organisation of daily operations, informing, briefing and supervising external service providers
