Installation Specialist (M/F)
Job Description
We are currently seeking an Installation Specialist (M/F), reporting directly to the Head of Field Instrument, Installation and Tools to join our Instrumentation Control System and Telecom (ICST) department team based in Nanterre (France).

About the role:
- Understand and assimilate the installation philosophy of instrumentation and control systems.
- Write design instructions and installation standards(Hook-up, supports, routing...).
- Coordinate interfaces with piping, civil engineering, electrical, equipment and HSE Design departments.
- Carry out cable reservation and routing. Prepare arrangement plans for instrumentation rooms.
- Specify and requisition standard equipment (cables, supports, cable trays, bulk, etc.).
- Carry out quantity surveys and ensure quantity monitoring and management.
- Adapt and comment on documents required to implement works contracts.
- Assist the project in analyzing cost overruns.
- Reporting to the instrumentation installation group Manager.
- Participate in field engineering and/or construction activities (short on-site travels).
- Quantification (Material Take-Off) of instrumentation bulk.
- Verification of technical room layout.
- Verification of installation layout.

About you:

Qualifications: Graduated of a BTS CIRA or engineering degree, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in anOil & Gas / pharmaceutical / petrochemical industry.
