Installation Engineer – Offshore Installation Project – Oil & Gas

Installation Engineer is required to join our client in Paris to work on an offshore oil & gas installation project. Based in Paris (office based), this is a Freelance position offering a daily rate of circa €400 per day (any additional hours paid at €40 per hour).

You will be responsible for reviewing, improving and validating all installation documentation, ensuring it is in line with project and international standards. You will regularly liaise with engineering functions, HSE to ensure that the offshore installation plans and documentation is in line with expectations, providing technical expertise where necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on offshore installations in the oil & gas industry.
• Relevant offshore trainings / certifications including BOSIET.
• Fluent in both French / English.

This is a great and very long term contract position working on a complex international offshore oil & gas project.
