Installation Engineer

At CELESTAL , we are currently supporting a major offshore engineering project and we are looking for an Installation Engineer to join an international engineering team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize offshore installation methods and procedures
• Prepare installation philosophies, method statements, and execution strategies
• Define installation sequences and assess technical feasibility
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, offshore regulations, and company standards
• Support loadout, transportation, lifting, positioning, and hook-up activities

Marine & Offshore Operations

• Coordinate with installation contractors, vessel operators, and marine teams
• Participate in constructability reviews and offshore execution planning
• Support installation risk assessments and HAZID workshops
• Ensure installation interfaces are properly defined across marine, structural, and subsea disciplines
• Contribute to safe, reliable, and cost-effective offshore execution solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Integrate lessons learned from previous offshore projects
• Support engineering deliverables within project schedules
• Assist in resolving technical installation challenges and interface issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of offshore installation methodologies

What We're Looking For:

• 0–5 years of engineering experience (early-career engineers are encouraged to apply)
• Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil, Offshore Engineering, or related discipline
• Interest in offshore installation and marine operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Installation sequencing and execution planning
• Engineering analysis and calculation tools
• Constructability and feasibility assessments
• Interface management across marine, structural, and subsea systems
• Risk assessment and installation procedure development
• Understanding of reliability, operability, and safety principles in offshore environments

• International offshore engineering environment
• Opportunity to work on large-scale FPSO and offshore energy projects
