Responsibilities

• Animate and support the network of commercial advisors and general agents across the Île‑de‑France region.
• Develop the private wealth activity for clients, including business owners, throughout the region.
• Accompany clients in need of premium advice, and organize client events.
• Coordinate with Swiss Life Private Banking expertise to ensure optimal service.
• Provide technical and commercial training to business developers in collaboration with area managers.
• Manage commercial actions, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Serve as the regional reference for private wealth services.

Qualifications

• Academic background equivalent to BAC+5 or relevant professional experience.
• Minimum five years of successful commercial experience in wealth management.
• Previous experience in network animation or transversal management is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle unexpected situations, willingness to travel regularly within the region.
