What you’ll bring:

• A Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Bachelor’s may be considered with relevant experience)

As an Insights Analyst, you will:

• Support the execution of quantitative and qualitative research studies that help brands win at the moment of purchase
• Serve as a day‑to‑day contact for client communications, project updates, and research‑related questions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality standards
• Develop project timelines, manage key milestones, and proactively identify potential risks or delays
• Analyze data across multiple research methodologies and translate findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling storytelling
• Lead the development of presentations, reports, and client‑ready deliverables
• Gain hands‑on experience with Behaviorally’s product stack, digital research platforms, and analytics tools
• Support senior team members in uncovering strategic implications and recommendations for clients
• Participate in our Global Insights Academy—our immersive training program for new talent and ongoing professional development initiative
