Inside Sales & Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Description

• Conduct sales calls and routine check-ups to existing and potential customers to maintain and grow revenue.
• Research and analyze historic shipping trends to ensure the customer is asked focused questions.
• Respond to customer issues (e.g., billing, shipping) to clarify, resolve, and address concerns.
• Perform other duties as requested.
