INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE | FULL-TIME

Dometic is a global market leader in mobile outdoor living. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products during outdoor activities and in professional applications. We are on a continuous growth path and are looking for an Inside sales representative to support our Mobile Cooking Sub-segment.

The 'Mobile Cooking' (MCK) business unit has been established within the Dometic Standalone segment. It is a rename of the company CADAC, acquired in January 2022, and is responsible for the development, marketing and sales of mobile barbecues, cooking appliances and BBQ accessories. The Mobile Cooking products are mainly sold in the EMEA region.

This position is within the Dutch Mobile Cooking team in Duiven (close to the German border). This close-knit team consists of about 25 colleagues and there is an open and informal working atmosphere. The MCK teams in the United Kingdom, South Africa and China complete the entire Mobile Cooking team of 50 people.

As part of the MCK team in Duiven you have an important function. You form the link between your colleagues - in the office and in the field - and the customer. Being able to communicate well is very important. The emphasis in this position is on customer contact and (commercial) administrative tasks.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Processing of all orders including logistical support, contract and price controle and drafting of order confirmation
• Checking of returning delivery notes and creation of invoices
• Answering questions from customers and end users (telephone and email)
• Actively advising customers about orders and products
• Organizing and participating in trade fairs, especially in Germany

Who are we looking for?

• An MBO education in a preferably commercial or administrative direction
• Experience in a similar commercial position
• Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• German and Dutch - fluently written and spoken, English at intermediate level
• Experience in Outdoor/Leisure Market is an advantage
