This is a key role to provide exemplary levels of service to our customers by managing orders from receipt through to delivery. Work with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing to ensure the customers’ requirements are met in full. Keep the customer always up‑to‑date on order developments while managing any issues proactively. Customers rely on us for innovative, high‑quality and dependable solutions for managing the flow of liquids and gases. You will help customers around the world improve efficiency, reduce emissions, minimize environmental impact and ensure safety.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are followed. You will provide attention to detail, work under pressure, approach challenges with a proactive mindset, and find solutions to problems. Operate across three end‑market focused divisions: Oil & Gas, Water & Power, and Chemical, Process & Industrial (CPI).
In this role you will identify and use price lists to provide customers with accurate pricing and lead‑time, resolve order queries, and ensure requirements are correctly interpreted. Liaise and negotiate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery or special requirements. Work with other team members on all technical matters and with the Quality department to resolve and investigate customer quality complaints, ensuring expectations are managed through to resolution.
This role suits a determined problem‑solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, and a proactive mindset. Experience in the valve industry and using an ERP system is essential.
Experience Requirements- Basic technical knowledge (electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic, instrumentation, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in contract management
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Commercial awareness or customer service experience
- Demonstrates the ability to work in stressful situations with difficult clients focused on an expeditious resolution.

- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to handle a high workload

- Good level of English
