Inside Sales - Africa region
Evolis designs, manufactures, and markets a comprehensive range of solutions for identifying people and goods. With Evolis' printing systems and software, you can personalize the graphic design and encoding of ID cards for multiple uses. Evolis also markets card accessories, electronic signature pads, training and service offers. Founded in 2000, Evolis has 400 employees based in its production site in France, as well as its subsidiaries all over the world. Your missions
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads by assessing their potential and converting them into concrete business opportunities
- Identify and prospect new partners across various markets, with a strong focus on the African region, in order to select high‑potential profiles and bring them into our network
- Develop and manage the existing reseller network by implementing and monitoring tailored action plans to support their growth
- Act as the main point of contact for your partners, providing guidance, training, and support for their sales initiatives
- Develop a portfolio of active direct customers, taking ownership of identifying and converting new business opportunities to drive growth
The role involves occasional travel.
Your profile
- Degree equivalent to a 2–3 year higher education qualification (Associate/Bachelor’s level)
- Strong English and French proficiency (minimum B2 level), fluency in Arabic is considered as a plus.
- Initial experience in international business development, ideally gained through working with customers in Africa.
- Results‑driven mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Interest in technical/technology‑driven products
- Ability to build and maintain trust‑based relationships with partners in an international environment and adapt to a wide range of stakeholders and situations
- Organized, energetic, team player
