Responsibilities

  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads by assessing their potential and converting them into concrete business opportunities.
  • Identify and prospect new partners across various markets, with a strong focus on the African region, in order to select high‑potential profiles and bring them into our network.
  • Develop and manage the existing reseller network by implementing and monitoring tailored action plans to support their growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your partners, providing guidance, training, and support for their sales initiatives.
  • Develop a portfolio of active direct customers, taking ownership of identifying and converting new business opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Degree equivalent to a 2–3 year higher education qualification (Associate/Bachelor’s level).
  • Strong English and French proficiency (minimum B2 level), fluency in Arabic is considered a plus.
  • Initial experience in international business development, ideally gained through working with customers in Africa.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a strong commercial focus.
  • Interest in technical/technology‑driven products.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust‑based relationships with partners in an international environment and adapt to a wide range of stakeholders and situations.
  • Organized, energetic, team player.
  • The role requires occasional travel.
