WHATWILLYOUDOASANISAM?

TheISAMwillworkverycloselywiththesalesteamandmarketingtoensurethatourauthorizedpartners(AP)areawareofourstrategy,aswellassupportingthemfully.TheISAMcollaborateswithpartnersandcolleaguestoensuregrowthofourbusinesswiththesepartnersandthatwereachourgoals.ThisrolehasthefullresponsibilityforAxis´authorizedpartnersinselectedcountriesintheregionwiththeobjectivetocapturegrowthpotential.AsanISAMyou’llhaveavaryingrole-somebusinessisdoneonthefieldandothertasksaredonefromtheoffice.

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

Research,preparationandprospecting…

• Qualifyingauthorizedpartners,contactingthempersonallytoevaluatetheirpotential
• Qualifyingandevaluatingleads(end-users,partners,resellersetc.)
• Evaluatingthesales-outreportstoanalysethedevelopmentofnewpotentialpartners
• Settingtargets/KPIforourpartnersandevaluatingperformancelinkedtothosetargets

Inspiringandsupportingourpartners…

• Trainingandinspiringourauthorizedpartners
• Developingwebinarsforauthorizedpartnerstogetherwithregionaltrainerandsalesengineer
• Handlingtheinboundcallsprofessionallywithabusiness-mind
• ActastheheadofSalesforce,informingandtrainingthelocalsalesteam

Takingactionandclosingdeals…

• Visitfairs,exhibitionsandimportantkey-customersinthefield
• Performoutboundcallstodevelopnon-activepartnerswithgreatpotential
