Inside Channel Account Manager Apprentice

The Inside Channel Account Manager (iCAM) supports a strategic partner in expanding and sustaining the growth of its business around Proofpoint solutions. This field-facing liaison works closely with partner agencies, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to strengthen solution adoption, drive pipeline generation, and accelerate joint revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and engage with multiple partner agencies and sites across the region.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with partner sales and technical teams.
• Identify and drive local business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the indirect sales pipeline.
• Deliver training, coaching, and enablement sessions on Proofpoint solutions.
• Organize and lead workshops, partner events, and regular business reviews.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Pre‑Sales teams.
• Track activities, opportunities, and performance within CRM tools.
• Travel regularly across the Île‑de‑France region and surrounding territories to maintain close proximity and strong relationships with partner teams.

Education

• Strong interest in IT and/or cybersecurity environments preferred.
