Your Mission, Roles, and Responsibilities

Based at the Faurecia Seating (FAS) plant in Magny‑Vernois, France , the Innovation Technical Leader will drive the technical excellence of breakthrough seating innovations from early concept to demonstrated feasibility. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering, product development, and innovation ecosystems, this role is central to transforming ideas into robust, high‑performance technical solutions that meet Faurecia’s quality, timing, and industrial standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and validate technical solutions and proofs of concept for innovation projects.
• Support innovation projects in terms of technical performance and quality while ensuring project timing.
• Interact with stakeholders: Innovation Program Manager, product lines, trim lab, validation lab, external suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead the technical aspect of innovation projects.
• Work in a team mindset and participate in creativity activities to fuel the innovation portfolio.
• Support acquisition, marketing, and development teams on projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive background, preferably seat experience.
• Strong Catia knowledge.
• Licensed degree.
• English mandatory (minimum B2, ideally C1).
• Team leader spirit, able to network.
• Agile and flexible skills.
• Capacity to work in a matrix organization.
