Ingredient Innovation Specialist – Product Development

DAT-Schaub in France (Thiais) seeks a Product Development Specialist – Ingredients to develop, validate, and implement ingredient solutions that meet customer needs across Europe, in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Procurement.

You will drive innovation projects, run laboratory, pilot and industrial trials, ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements, and contribute to harmonising practices across Europe.
