You will be responsible for achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) targets, while managing suppliers, ensuring requirements convergence, and guaranteeing the robustness and compliance of deliverables.

You will act as the technical reference for the BCM , interfacing with systems, software, hardware, validation, functional safety, cybersecurity, industrialization, and Purchasing teams.

You will work in an international and cross-functional environment, interacting with systems, electronics, software, validation, safety/cybersecurity teams, as well as suppliers, laboratories, manufacturing sites, and project teams (purchasing, quality).

The position requires strong coordination skills, document rigor, and precise monitoring of deliverables to ensure reliable ECU integration.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supplier Management

  • Build the complete RFQ package (system specifications, software specifications, diagnostics, interfaces, safety/cybersecurity requirements).
  • Analyze supplier proposals, drive technical convergence, and consolidate compliance matrices.
  • Track supplier deliverables, risks, and performance throughout the development phase.

Specification Ownership

  • Write and maintain system specifications covering use cases, functional requirements, and interfaces.
  • Define software specifications (AUTOSAR or non-AUTOSAR, communication, diagnostics, safety constraints).
  • Develop hardware specifications (power, environmental requirements, mechanical aspects, connectivity, networks).

ECU Development and Convergence

  • Lead supplier development loops (hardware, software, integration).
  • Track deliverable progress and maturity.
