Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate engineer capable of handling multiple responsibilities within our agency. The minimum requirement is at least 4 years of experience as an engineer in systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and implement system and network equipment (servers, messaging, firewalls, routing, Wi‑Fi, storage, virtualization, etc.)
• Participate in monitoring and supervision of IT services
• Ensure the smooth operation of daily operations and intervene on level N3 incidents
• Contribute to task automation and, to a lesser extent, to the security of the system
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and reference materials: technical dossiers, knowledge base, and provide regular reporting
• Guarantee the operational maintenance (MCO) of the Linux or Windows server fleet
