POSTE / MISSIONS

In the context of a large industrial building project, we are looking for a BIM Synthesis Manager to lead the technical coordination of the digital models and ensure the project’s overall coherence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead BIM synthesis across multiple packages (HVAC, electrical, structural, plumbing, etc.)
• Coordinate different stakeholders (design, contractors, consultants) around the digital model
• Detect, analyze, and resolve technical conflicts (clash detection)
• Ensure technical and spatial coherence of installations
• Facilitate BIM synthesis meetings and monitor associated actions
• Update and structure the digital models (LOD, BIM conventions)
• Ensure adherence to BIM processes and project standards
• Participate in the optimization of technical solutions during the study and execution phases
• Produce synthesis deliverables (plans, sections, clash reports, etc.)

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Engineer or equivalent, Bac+5 in building
• Significant experience in technical synthesis and BIM coordination, ideally on industrial projects
• Mastery of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of technical packages (HVAC, HVAC, structural, etc.)
• Ability to manage complex interfaces and provide technical arbitration
• Rigor, organization, and excellent relational skills
• Team spirit and capacity to work in a demanding project environment
