We are currently looking for a
Welding Engineer
for one of our clients, an EPC company operating in the
Oil & Gas
sector and based in the Paris region.
WELDING ENGINEER – Kaminho Project
Mission Objective
This assignment is part of the
Kaminho Project
.
The company is seeking a Welding Engineer to provide technical support for all welding-related activities throughout the project, in line with the requirements described below.
Profile
As an experienced design office engineer, you have a strong background in welding processes and hold an
IWE certification
.
Autonomous, rigorous, and a strong team player, you are comfortable working in multicultural environments and enjoy collaborating with multiple technical disciplines.
Main responsibilities:
• Draft welding documentation (WPS, procedures, technical reports, etc.)
• Prepare and monitor welding qualifications
• Support offshore welding activities and production follow-up
• Coordinate with fabrication, quality, and engineering teams
Skills & Requirements
• IWE certification required
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector
• Valid BOSIET or to be obtained within the first two months
• International medical clearance (onshore & offshore) required at the start of the mission
• Knowledge of onshore/offshore/fabrication yard environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Location & Duration
• Location: Paris – La Défense
• Travel: missions in Romania, onshore fabrication yards, and offshore sites
• Duration: 12 months (renewable)
• Start date: ASAP
