Ingénieur Réservoir Digital Débutant - H/F

You will join our TMore & Data Analytics team within a large technical community in Geosciences and Reservoir based in Pau. We are about fifteen people (and 5 nationalities!) with backgrounds in reservoir engineering, data analysis, and data management. We are responsible for maintaining and developing the TMore digital platform used by all our sites worldwide (23 subsidiaries already deployed, more than 500 users). TMore is the reference database for the company’s reservoir engineers, both in France and across all our international operational sites. It is also a set of web applications designed to facilitate their daily work.

Responsibilities

The main mission will focus on the data-visualization platform currently being implemented, which may be complemented with additional tools. After training on the fundamentals of the TMore platform, you will take ownership of the application to master its use and features. You will work on technical aspects (feature enhancements, reporting bugs to the vendor, monitoring updates) as well as on user adoption topics (voice of customer, training modules, regular user follow‑up). Currently deployed on a handful of sites, we aim to reach all 23 subsidiaries by the end of the year. On a day‑to‑day basis, you will be coached by a designated mentor and work closely with the Well Performance team on tool adoption and deployment strategy.

Qualifications

Have you recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Geosciences or Data ? Start your career with a stimulating experience at the heart of international teams committed to the energy transition! We are looking for a Beginner Digital Reservoir Engineer for a 12‑month assignment starting in April 2026 .

Do you have a solid understanding of well data, including geosciences, reservoir and drilling aspects? Knowledge of Data Management will be a real asset, as well as your ability to lead or contribute to projects.

Comfortable with digital tools, you are proficient with databases—particularly SQL—and able to analyze or visualize data. Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.

Your communication skills, organizational abilities and open‑mindedness define you? Strong writing skills and a professional command of English will be essential to succeed in this role.

Contract & Training

We offer you a 12-month full‑time professional training contract (100% in‑company), including a training component (business, language, tools, etc.). This contract will enable you to gain a year’s professional experience while being trained in the specifics of your job in relation to the Company’s activities.
