Responsibilities

• Coordinate Supplier Quality activities of P1 & P0 / P10 projects and support the Project Buyer in the communication between the Project Team and the remote PG SQA Commodity engineers involved with the PQA task development and monitoring with external suppliers.
• Raise to project team external components with roadblocks and action plan during Project QRQC
• Participate to quality QRQC (daily) and elevate the roadblock
• Assign PG commodity SQA engineer to participate to design review done before supplier nomination (project phase 1)
• Participate to FDPR & know status of components (qualified or deviated) & perform pre‑analysis with project team in case of external component issue
• Escalate to PG SQA Manager & Regional Quality Director & or PL Quality Director if SQA engineer responsible for the component supported by his/her PG Region SQA Manager is not able to fix issue
• Manage the quality charges back (Supplier + Warranty)
• Open SRM incident and challenge suppliers (reactivity, action plan)
• Customer securisation (stock control, stock blocage rework, part replacement, recall…)
• Work in collaboration with warranty team to check real parts returned from customers and participate in the analysis and supplier challenge
• Manage the IS parts (initial samples) – inspection and validation in the warehouse + traceability in Liberation system
• Manage deviation in VIM database (for supplier issues)
• Supervise external sorting company
