Position

The company is recruiting an Ingénieur(e) Qualité Fournisseurs , reporting to the Responsable QHSE, to support production—particularly in the nuclear civil market.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality suppliers
  • Follow compliance of supplier parts upon receipt.
  • Intervene in workshop for integration or mounting issues.
  • Analyse technical defects on mechanical components.
  • Decide quickly on acceptance, deviation or rejection of parts.
• Operational management of non‑conformities
  • Process supplier non‑conformities affecting production.
  • Root cause analysis with suppliers.
  • Deploy immediate corrective actions to secure assemblies.
  • Prevent recurrence.
• Control and product compliance
  • Structure reception controls on critical parts.
  • Verify consistency between plans, technical requirements and delivered parts.
  • Ensure documentary compliance (certificates, PV, traceability).
• Daily interface with production
  • Support machining/assembly teams in problem resolution.
  • Report supplier drifts affecting manufacturing.
  • Work closely with purchasing and BE to ensure reliable sourcing.

Profile Required

• Hard skills
  • Engineering background in mechanical, industrial engineering or quality.
  • Strong technical product and process culture (machining, assembly, tolerances, materials).
  • Hands‑on production orientation.
  • Decisive in operational context.
  • Comfortable with workshop teams.

• Experience
  • Quality supplier experience, production or industrialisation.
  • Previous work in workshop highly valued.
  • Knowledge of complex mechanical equipment (rotary machines, assemblies, pumps, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in demanding environments (nuclear, oil & gas) is an asset.
