Reporting to the Head of the Epitaxy Division within the Operations department, you are responsible for the performance, stability and continuous improvement of MOCVD epitaxy processes and associated equipment.

You play a key role in process optimization, technical support to operational teams and the management of strategic projects related to industrial development.

Your main responsibilities

MOCVD Process and Equipment Control

  • Ensure the monitoring and optimization of processes on the MOCVD equipment fleet.
  • To guarantee the availability, performance and robustness of equipment.
  • Implement and develop SPC monitoring tools to ensure product quality.
  • To provide benchmark technical expertise to production and process teams.
  • To train and support process and production technicians.
  • Manage analyses and action plans in case of process deviation or quality issue.
  • Participate in the installation and start‑up of new reactors and equipment.

Development and continuous improvement

  • Develop innovative and robust processes in collaboration with R&D teams.
  • Leading improvement projects aimed at performance, productivity and cost reduction.
  • Participate in the company's strategic industrial projects (new sites, new lines, collaborations with suppliers and equipment manufacturers).
  • Define the technical requirements for equipment and metrology in conjunction with the project managers.

Required profile

  • Bac+5 degree (Engineering school or Master's degree in materials, chemistry, processes) or Doctorate.
  • Proven experience in epitaxy, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of MOCVD processes and process monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Professional English required.
