Raison d'être du poste :Structurer et piloter le système outillage spécifique des clients MRO externes afin d'en faire un levier de performance industrielle, de maîtrise technique et de création de valeur.
Structuration de l'activité outillages spécifiques externes (clients)
Définir le modèle opérationnel (devis commande livraison)
Structurer le catalogue outillage spécifique vendable
Définir les règles de chiffrage (coûts, délais, marge)
Garantir la conformité technique des livrables clients
Pilotage des développements complexes
Piloter les projets d'outillages spécifiques complexes ou critiques
Arbitrer les choix techniques et économiques
Garantir la cohérence globale des solutions
Performance & transformation
Définir et piloter les indicateurs de performance
Identifier les leviers de réduction du TAT via l'outillage spécifique
Contribuer à la digitalisation (catalogue, PLM, traçabilité)
Interface transverse & stratégie
Contribuer à la stratégie Make or Buy
Supporter les équipes commerciales sur les offres outillage spécifique
Job Requirements
