Your Role with Us

Within the railway department, you will supervise a project team involved in mid-life retrofit of electrical assemblies.

Your Skills and Responsibilities

• Managing projects from design to industrialization.
• Handling quality, cost, deadlines, and productivity issues.
• Coordinating project activities.
• Interfacing with clients, providing updates on progress and modifications.
• Functionally managing technicians and engineers.

Position based in Lille.

Your Profile

• Engineering degree (Master's level or equivalent) from a Grandes Écoles or University, with specialization in electrical engineering, and initial experience in the railway sector.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in E3D software and electrical functional understanding is essential.
