Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks an Embedded Software Integrator Engineer (f/m) to join the Avionics Software department in Toulouse, France. You will develop critical embedded avionics or simulation applications for specific hardware platforms within the Avionics and Simulation Products domain, ensuring end‑to‑end real‑time software integration that supports aircraft airworthiness and performance.

Our challenges include:

• Verifying the correct implementation of system requirements and contributing to certification (DO178B/C DAL A to C).
• Defining system interfaces and managing consistent implementation across functions and hardware.
• Designing test strategies and performing integration using hardware tools (probes, bus analyzers, emulators).
• Providing technical support through failure report analysis and investigation of technical requests.
• Managing subcontracted software activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Required Skills

• Professional experience in software integration for critical embedded operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of low‑layer software (OS, computer/processor architecture, multi‑core Power‑PC).
• Mastery of the V‑cycle development process, specifically integration and verification phases.
• Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems and standard DevOps environments.
• Negotiation level in both English and French.
