Nantes (La Chapelle-sur-Erdre). Salary 43-45K€, 2-3 days remote weekly.

Responsibilities

• MCO/MCS of Bastion platform: manage, configure, supervise, and ensure availability, security, and user experience. Handle upgrades, obsolescence, automate security constraints, and optimize connection times.
• Integrate Bastion into Octoplus: use Ansible, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD to deploy Bastion automatically for each client via the portal.
• Level 3 incident handling: resolve complex incidents with Security, Network, Cloud teams, PO and architect, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain technical, functional and operational documentation, support technical audits, and ensure client infrastructure compliance.

Objectives

• By end of 2026, fully redesign Bastion platform architecture, embed best practices, and deploy systematically for all clients.
• Continuously simplify administrator experience and reduce manual interventions through automation.
• Ultimately deliver Bastion as a native component of Octoplus, automatically provisioned for every customer.

Team & Environment

Team of 19 people across admins, developers and ops organized in three squads: Bastion, Octoplus and Observability. Direct manager is Jérôme, leading with proximity management. Role as Bastion reference, autonomous on perimeter, working with architect and PO for roadmap, and with infogérance team for incident resolution.

Benefits & Package

• Salary: 43 000€ – 45 000€ brut annually
• Contract: cadre, 37h/week
• Vacations: 25 days + 12 RTT per year
• Remote work: up to 10 days/month (2-3 days/week)
• No on-call duty

Qualifications

• Proficiency in OPS automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git, CI/CD. Think infrastructure as code as default.
• Hands‑on experience with a Bastion solution, preferably Wallix. Understanding architecture and ability to administer, maintain and evolve.
• Comfort in high‑criticality production environments. Experience with level‑3 incidents, root cause analysis, real‑time communication, emergency response, and lessons‑learned improvement.
