ENGIE , via its subsidiary Tractebel , seeks an Ingénieur·e Études et Sécurité Industrielle / Qualification des Équipements to strengthen teams dedicated to safety and performance of nuclear installations. The role ensures safety, reliability and compliance of strategic projects for a sustainable energy transition.
Ce que nous attendons de vous
Within your duties, you will integrate all safety principles, regulatory requirements and risk management methodologies within multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Intégration et analyses de sécurité
- Define, manage and track safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk analyses: HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, internal and external risk assessments.
- Identify safety and environmental constraints and propose appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate, document and control the integration of safety constraints into engineering deliverables.
Études réglementaires et conformité
- Prepare regulatory files ICPE (declaration, registration, authorization, danger studies).
- Lead or contribute to permitting processes and related regulatory activities.
- Ensure conformity with applicable standards, codes, directives and HSE requirements, including ionization-related aspects.
Expertise technique et modélisation
- Define safety philosophies: DI/DG, fire protection, ESD, explosion, etc.
- Model hazard phenomena using PHAST and FLUMILOG.
- Prepare or contribute to functional safety studies (SIL evaluations, SIS).
Coordination et support aux équipes
- Facilitate safety reviews in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Support execution, construction and commissioning phases.
- Address non-conformities and track corrective actions.
- Promote safety culture and raise awareness among teams.
- Perform on-site inspections and assessments.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Formation et expérience
- Engineer degree or Master in industrial safety or risk management.
- Minimum of 7 years in similar roles.
Compétences techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for industrial and nuclear facilities.
- Understanding of Gas and Energy environments.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with PHAST and FLUMILOG is recommended.
Aptitudes et qualités personnelles
- Initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and responsiveness.
- Pedagogy, vigilance, rigour and good observational sense.
Langues
- French: excellent level.
- English: very good level.
Aspects HSE spécifiques
- Understanding of ionization-related issues.
- Awareness of other HSE requirements and related PPE.
